This form is the first and shortest step for letting us know of your interest in the programme. We ask only for the minimum information needed to reach you.

Important: This form is not a guarantee of acceptance or a place. The programme will be launched in stages as the centre’s units come to life.

How does it work?

You submit the form

You write only your name or nickname, a way for us to reach you, and how many people the application is for.

Your application is reviewed

Our team assesses the application with regard to the situation of the person and family, the capacity of the centre and safety.

We talk with you

When appropriate, we will talk with you through the contact method you provided. Any other information is requested only after this conversation, by a secure method.

Privacy Notice (KVKK) — please read before filling in the form

In accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the following information is provided about the processing of your personal data.

Data controller: Toprak ve Yeryüzü Derneği (Büyükesat Mah. Koza 1 Cadde No:153, Sev Apt. İç Kapı No:7, Çankaya/Ankara — coordinator@tvyd.info).
Data processed: The name or nickname you write in the form, your contact details (telephone or e-mail), the number of people the application is for and any information you share in your short note.
Purpose of processing: Recording your interest in the Fresh Start Programme, assessing your application and contacting you.
Method of collection and legal basis: Your data is collected automatically through the form on this website. The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1).
Special categories of data: Please do not share special categories of personal data such as health, religion, race or criminal convictions, nor your Turkish ID number or bank details, in this form. If such information is needed, it will only be requested in a separate conversation, with your explicit consent and by secure means.
Transfer: Your data is not shared with third parties except where required by law; it is viewed only by association officials responsible for reviewing applications. The data is stored on the servers of the hosting provider that supplies the website's infrastructure; these servers may be located abroad. By submitting the form, you also give your explicit consent to this.
Retention period: Your application is kept for up to 1 year after the end of the assessment process; after that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights: Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, and to object to processing. You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time. You can send your requests to coordinator@tvyd.info.
