Membership Application
If you would like to join us as a volunteer, intern, member, staff member or guest, you can fill in this form. We only ask for the minimum information we need to reach you.
Important: This form is not a guarantee of acceptance or participation. Accounts are opened by invitation from the association once applications have been reviewed.
Fresh Start Programme applicants should not use this form; please use the Initial Interest Form.
How does it work?

You submit the form
You write your name, your e-mail address and the role you would like to join in. If you wish, you can briefly tell us about yourself.

Your application is reviewed
The association's officials review your application, taking into account the requirements of the role and the situation of the centre. If necessary, we will get in touch with you by e-mail.

Your account is opened
If your application is approved, you will receive a notification at your e-mail address. Once you have set your password, you can log in via the Member Area, where you will see the section made for your role.
Which role suits me?
- Volunteer: shares their knowledge, skills and labour, contributing to the centre's production and social life.
- Intern: gains hands-on experience in ecology, agriculture and sustainable living.
- Member: takes part in production, training and collective decision-making as a member of the association.
- Staff member: takes on duties in the centre's production, education and management.
- Guest: comes to see the centre and to take part in trainings and events.

Privacy Notice (KVKK) — please read before filling in the form
In accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the following information is provided about the processing of your personal data.
- Data controller: Toprak ve Yeryüzü Derneği (Büyükesat Mah. Koza 1 Cadde No:153, Sev Apt. İç Kapı No:7, Çankaya/Ankara — coordinator@tvyd.info).
- Data processed: The name and surname you write in the form, your e-mail address, the role you apply for and any information you share in your short note.
- Purpose of processing: Receiving and reviewing your membership or participation application, contacting you, and, if your application is approved, opening your Member Area account.
- Method of collection and legal basis: Your data is collected automatically through the form on this website. The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1).
- Special categories of data: Please do not share special categories of personal data such as health, religion, race or criminal convictions, nor your Turkish ID number or bank details, in this form. If such information is needed, it will only be requested in a separate conversation, with your explicit consent and by secure means.
- Transfer: Your data is not shared with third parties except where required by law; it is viewed only by association officials responsible for reviewing applications. The data is stored on the servers of the hosting provider that supplies the website's infrastructure; these servers may be located abroad. By submitting the form, you also give your explicit consent to this.
- Retention period: Your application is kept for up to 1 year after the end of the review process, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. If your account is opened, your account details are kept for as long as your membership or participation continues.
- Your rights: Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, and to object to processing. You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time. You can send your requests to coordinator@tvyd.info.
